Every year York Tutors brings over 2,500 foreign students to the United Kingdom.

We provide them with top quality language courses ranging from beginner to Cambridge proficiency. We also provide accommodation, cultural visits to local places of interest and a variety of recreational activities. In fact we can provide anything the client requests as all our courses are tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

We offer all our homestay courses to all age ranges from 10 to 110, and to all levels from beginners to experienced linguists.

Having completed a degree in Biological Sciences, Andrea has worked as a teacher since 2001. As well as class teacher experience Andrea has been part of a school senior management team within a large primary school, a year leader and a Key Stage leader. Andrea has also been subject leader for Science and subject leader for Music during her teaching career. She is also an Assessment Associate for Edexcel.

All tutors have references, a clear current DBS check and experience in teaching.
